SOLD – Mid Century Desk by Lebus

This is such a striking piece of mid century style and design which we have stylishly refurbished for your modern home or office. We have transformed this old Lebus desk, likely built in the 1960s, from a tired piece of mid century furniture into a super slick contemporary desk with plenty of storage and work space whilst retaining its superb mid century style and design features. The desk has been sanded down and we have revarnished the front panelled drawers to bring out the natural grain, painted the rest of the desk in a rich dark grey/blue paint and retained the brass features – the tapered brass legs and gorgeous brass drawer handles. There is a central drawer (with lock but no key) and 2 side drawers which make up the panelled top section plus 2 large drawers on the left and right. SOLD

Condition – The dressing table is in excellent refurbished condition. There are a few minor signs of age related wear to some edges, but we have sympathetically restored the unit and the new paint and varnish gives it a very sleek finish. All drawers run smoothly.
