Pair of Ercol Goldsmith Carver Dining Chairs

A handsome pair of 1960s Ercol Windsor Goldsmith Carver Dining Chairs designed by Lucian Ercolani in superb condition. These mid century dining chairs are extremely comfortable thanks to their fantastic design and the addition of arm rests. The seats are crafted from solid English elm and the legs and chair backs beech. Both chairs are solid and structurally sound with no damage and no repairs. As to be expected with unrestored chairs of this age, there are some minor signs of use, but we feel this just adds to the natural charm of the chairs. These mid century dining chairs feature the 1960 British Standard Kite Mark on the underside, the classic Ercol Windsor wedge-through-seat joints on the top side of the seats and the original cushion studs on the underside. This handsome duo would make a great addition to a dining set as heads of the table or as part of an eclectic mix of dining chairs. Price £265
